Privacy Policy

BingoBoard tries to collect as little as possible. Here's what we collect and why.

No accounts, no tracking cookies

There's no sign-in. We don't use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

What we collect

• Things you post – event submissions you submit through our forms (for example names, game details and Discord links). These are public on the site.
• Newsletter / contact emails – if you give us your email, we use it only to send what you signed up for or to reply to you. Ask us any time to remove it.
• Basic analytics – we run our own simple analytics that count page views and clicks (page, referring site, rough device type). We store a hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address only to limit spam and abuse; we don't store your raw IP for analytics.
• Payments – Stripe handles all card details. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us things like your email, amount paid and date. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Where it's stored

Form posts, emails and analytics are stored with our database provider (Supabase). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process basic request data to serve and protect the site.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers above to run the site, or if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting

Listings expire or can be deleted with your delete link. Want something removed, or your email deleted? Contact us and we'll do it.

Kids

The site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
