Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of BingoBoard (https://clanbingoboard.pages.dev), a fan-made calendar of RuneScape clan events, bingos and competitions. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
No accounts
You don't need an account or sign-in to use BingoBoard. Anything you post through our forms (event submissions) is shown publicly, so don't include anything you want kept private.
What you can post
- Only post accurate info about your own group, event, clan or server, and links you have the right to share.
- No spam, scams, illegal content, harassment, hate, sexual content, cheating/botting services, real-world trading of game items, or anything that breaks the game's own rules.
- You're responsible for what you post. By posting you let us display it on the site and share it on our X account.
Removing listings
We may edit or remove any listing at any time, especially if it's spammy, illegal, abusive or misleading. If you paid for a listing and we remove it for a reason other than breaking these rules, we'll refund you (see our Refund Policy).
Paid placements
We sell optional paid placements ($2 Featured Week, $5 Spotlight Week, $10 Full Event Pack, and $1/week pinned group post). Payment is a one-off charge through Stripe; nothing renews automatically. Placement is applied manually, usually within 24 hours of payment. Prices are shown on the site before you buy. We don't guarantee any particular number of views, clicks or sign-ups.
Other people and links
Groups, events, servers and Discord links are run by other players, not by us. We don't check or control them and aren't responsible for what happens there. Use your own judgment and never share passwords or account details.
Not affiliated
BingoBoard is a fan-made site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex Ltd or Microsoft. Old School RuneScape, RuneScape 3 and RuneScape: Dragonwilds and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
