Refund Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

This covers paid placements on BingoBoard ($2 Featured Week, $5 Spotlight Week, $10 Full Event Pack, and $1/week pinned group post). Payments are one-off and processed by Stripe; nothing renews automatically.

When you get a full refund

• We can't deliver the placement you paid for.
• You ask within 24 hours of paying and before the placement has gone live.
• We remove your paid listing for a reason other than breaking our Terms.

When we don't refund

• Placements that have already gone live and run (we can't undo the time it was shown).
• Listings removed because they broke our Terms (spam, scams, illegal or abusive content).

How to ask

Contact us using the sponsor/contact form or a message to @ClanBingoBoard on X. Include the email you used at checkout and the date you paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Timing

We apply placements by hand, usually within 24 hours of payment. If it's been longer than that, contact us and we'll sort it out or refund you.
